Terms of service

These terms apply between Igniter App, a sole proprietorship of Lokesh Kumar (GSTIN 06DWDPK4549E1ZK), and the organisation using SuperMeet ("you"). Your signed quotation or order form takes precedence where it differs.
The service
SuperMeet provides live classes, TeacherZone, recording, playback, attendance and the Live Class API. Features may improve over time. We'll give notice before removing anything you rely on.
Billing
- Usage is billed monthly at the published rates or the rates on your quotation, plus 18% GST. The invoice is issued on the 1st and is due within 7 days.
- If an invoice is unpaid after the due date, new meetings are paused until it is paid. Meetings already live are never cut off.
- There's no minimum commitment. Either side may end the service at any time; usage up to that date is invoiced.
Recordings and storage
Storage is billed per GB per month with unlimited playback. If storage can't be paid, we send a 15-day notice before deleting unpaid recordings. You can download recordings at any time before deletion.
Acceptable use
Don't use SuperMeet for unlawful content, to infringe copyright, to harass anyone, or to resell or re-host recordings as a content delivery service for third parties. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, probe or overload the service.
Your content
You own your classes, recordings and materials. You give us permission to host, process and deliver them only to provide the service.
Liability
We work to keep classes running reliably but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Our total liability in any month is limited to the fees you paid for that month.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have jurisdiction.
